La Plume c'est un restaurant avec vue panoramique sur Paris, et patio arboré, où l'on sert une gastronomie inspirée du Japon et de desserts de Pierre Hermé. Un mois après son ouverture, le nouvel hôtel 5 étoiles Madame Rêve, s'apprête à dévoiler son restaurant panoramique. La Plume, restaurant panoramique gastronomique et bar en rooftop, accueille ses premiers convives le 25 novembre 2021. Au même niveau que les chambres et suites de l'hôtel, sur une surface de 500m², La Plume est un restaurant panoramique avec un patio arboré où poussent plus de 100 espèces différentes. En cuisine, le chef Benjamin Six propose gastronomie grandement inspirée du Japon. Au menu de La Plume, de l'edamame, un tataki de thon rouge, un gunkan de boeuf wagyu, un sashimi de dorade et cela rien que pour les entrées. Côté plats chaud, le chef propose notamment une sole tempura, un saumon grillé teriyaki, du poulet karaage ou encore un faux-filet de wagyu.
